This Friday April 20th at St Luke's Church in Holloway, I'll be hoofing it onstage to play some songs at an evening of lo-fi music and hi-fi words featuring Martin Wroe, Anthony Wilson, Karen Grace and Me.

Part of the aim of the night is to raise some funds for Women At The Well, a safe house for sex-workers in Kings Cross and St Luke's Church which is hosting the night.

Last year I teamed up with longstanding collaborator and amazing artist Rosi Golan to write two songs - 'Seeing Ghosts' and 'A Lot Of Things'. Both are on Rosi's brilliant new album 'Lead Balloon'.

Then last week the folks behind US TV show Private Practise took a shine to 'A Lot Of Things' having it appear at a well chosen moment.

Rosi and I have some new songs together in the proverbial pipeline - I also worked with her on a song called 'Hazy' from her first record 'The Drifter and the Gypsy' which has an incredible amount of industrious young people covering it on Youtube.
